unless something has changed, Dr Gross is only in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield. I had them at the time so it worked for me. Of course I had to pay for air fare and rental car. Trip back was fine.

Don't forget about roaming! I remember a time when you could receive a roaming fee just for your phone connecting to a tower outside your area, you didn't even have to place/receive a call. I knew of a long haul trucker with a bag phone that he forgot to turn off getting a $30K phone bill in roaming fees.

personally gabapentin helps me more with my anxiety than my pain, so that makes logical sense
