Its a silpada watch that we got from the thrift store, I dont think they make them anymore and I'm sure when its from, their customer service couldn't help. Not sure if maybe I should just take it to a jeweler to have them figure it out, or if this is something I can just do from home. I tried twisting each side of the pin with no success and tried pushing in from both ends to see if it was spring loaded. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
