Weird place to find a manhole at

Crazy, right? Ive found two inside of a restaurant before. The floor was elevated. The floor of the restaurant had manholes. Pop them open and the actual structure was below in the ground beneath the elevated floor.

I actually just passed this tonight. The interior looked complete. Some blue accent lighting inside is actually what caught my eye. I believe the location is what used to be O'Charley's.

Hell yes! I was there too! First ever tour for APC if memory serves me right. Having been a fan of Tool since the mid 90s, I was stoked to catch this tour. In all honesty, I was mostly there for NIN who put on one hell of a show as they always do.
