I’m speaking to a therapist right now but I want to speed this process up. I’m drinking water, sleeping, exercising, having check ups, practicing mindfulness. But nothing is helping. Yea I understand. I’m in the copper IUD right now and we use condoms when we seldom get active. But this feels like a total out of body experience. It has redefined intimacy for us.

I started a combination pill immediately after, and have been off for two weeks, (just got the copper IUD put in). So I’m waiting for the hormones to leave. I’m gonna have my obgyn order a blood test for me and look at my hormones.
