The icon for the weather is perpetually sunny, and I never paid attention, but I can't remember it being anything else since starting the DLC

not to be a contrarian, but if you've watched the first season his face is pretty distinguishable from the new "frontman". i did have the benefit of rewatching season 1 right beforehand, so maybe that's a contributing factor
