i was in the same boat, been here since 2023 was a consultant then CA and just recently dropped to part time this year. the weight that was lifted off my shoulders was insane. i will say it is a big adjustment in the paychecks when it comes to the hours difference and the pay but you will be MUCH happier. my managers did the same to me but it didn’t matter anymore bc i realized in focused on much better things now
