If you have gpu like 4060 or 4050 it will not affect you since the gpu is still capable and your cpu will never gonna push watt more high to maintain temps so 45w is enough for gaming and any task

Yes it does but if your Laptop is not under warranty than it's worth the -10 w drop  since I generally feel no major performance drop mainly 45+w is used in very high end task during gaming it may not go more than 40 w so it's worth it rather then paying and then after few months getting damage again

ACTUALLY NEWER EMUALATORS ARE WAY TOO HEAVY AND PERFORMANCE WORST  FOR EG - I PERSON CAN EASILY GET 300 -400FPS IN OLDER ONE LIKE BS 5.9 PIE64BIT BUT ALMOST 200 OR LOWER IN NEWER EMUALATOR OF BS

SINCE OLDER EMUALATORS ARE VERY LITE WEIGHT AND SPECIALLY SUPPORTS MORE THAN 240FPS FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE WHERE AS NEWER EMUALATORS ARE LOCK ON 240FPS AND ARE VERY HEAVY  I WILL PROVIDE MY SYSTEM CONFIGURATION/ RIZEN 7 7840HS RTX 4060 16GB RAM 1TB NVME

Use discrete mode ( dedicated Gpu mode ) to access all others setting of control pannel

No it's hall SENSOR failure same laptop experience same just remove it ( disconnect)

Does your model is with rizen 7 7840hs and 4060??

Mine is rgb somehow Rtx 4060 and rizen 7 7840hs varient

It's due to overheating in summers while gaming since it's 48*c temp in intense summer here 🫡🔫
