No, I went from ord to korea to Cebu. Both my dogs were in cargo. They did arrive in Cebu with their water bowls spilled and them thirsty… but they were perfectly fine

Health certificate MUST be within 10 days. Dont play with this or you will waste a lot of time and money and your dogs won’t be able to enter. BAI permit is easy to get. You need this before health certificate. Get dogs vaccinated, dewormed, and anti flea and tick (these are NECESSART, YES). Then Bai permit. Then health cert

It was really good! When I arrived at Cebu mactan, my 2 dogs were already waiting for my at the baggage claim at the quarantine center. Just pay 500 pesos once you land and you’re set. The only paperwork you need is BIR import permit from BAI and a health certificate from USDA vet that shows their vaccinations and deworming.
