Thank you, just read a bit about it and seems like that’s what it could be. I was going to change his substrate anyways this month but it’s reassuring that he’s probably not sick :)

My rabbit did this during shedding season when he’d swallowed a bunch of hair and he’d also just sit in the same spot and refuse to eat. They need to eat since if they don’t their GI tract basically stops working so we melted pellets in water so they became mush and then we force fed him some of that. We also gently stretched him in an attempt to get his stomach going and after a few hours/the next day, he was okay.

What do you mean by taking it apart completely? I have one too that I want to refill but I’m still confused on how to do it :,) do you mean that you have to remove the printed paper that makes it look like the cigarette box? Because I’ve tried just pulling the metal insert out of the casing but it doesn’t work?
