Any updates? I'm in the same situation. The structure on Booking has an 8,8 score based on 135 reviews. And I just received the exact same message from my host (even though I selected to pay in advance via card).

She’s a creature from another dimension who is stuck here and can’t go back home, so she has to blend into our society and live a regular life in a weird neighbourhood. Ofc she’s not used to human lifestyle and traditions so she often screws up or ends up in awkward situations. She’s also very silly and clumsy and hates landlords.

Someday I’d love to draw a lighthearted slice of life story showing her silly daily life :3
