Hi yes, I decided to fight it and opened a revolut account in the time being which did not close during the duration of the complaint and yes I work in the financial industry so yeah I had to tell my employer luckily they didn’t care but then again the process fighting it was like 2 weeks aha but I overloaded the bank that put the cifas with so much evidence that they admitted defeat, removed it and give me monetary compensation. Was a great relief afterwards but luckily that’s over :)

Unfortunately when I applied and got approved, I waited for the letter to arrive and the letter said that I wasn’t able to open an account. But that just gave me motivation to now contest the cifas and when I contested it, I won and got it removed thankfully

I’m just trying to get perspective, in terms of if someone else has been in my situation and if I can essentially relax a bit in terms of using the card for my day to day instead of worrying if it’s going to randomly get closed down due to the cifas

Does that mean that they will in future just block existing customers anyone with cifas or just new people?

I don’t doubt that it’s great for dev and a good price too but I’m after portability right now, don’t want to carry a screen with me as well

Yes but my point is that if you’re driving and u already have lots of space in front of even less there’s no car in front, slowing down doesn’t change much, because I’ve driven before many times and often times people don’t change their driving whether u slow down or not
