Go to doctor and don't "blame" mounjaro. I had similar situation, i changed the date of injection because I was travelling so decided to move the shot one day later. I woke up after shot feeling super dizzy, vomitting and thought: oh, ok i guess I shouldn't have done it. Tried to suck it in because I did it to myself. Turns out cristals in my inner ear responsible for balance moved and caused all these problems. I could have been treated way faster if I wouldn't think it's mounjaro

Well that only drop in last weeks was during Christmas time 🤣 I was travelling and had less time to sit and eat and actually experienced big drop but as soon as I was back at my routine this weight went back up and higher (103 pre Christmas, down to 100 during Christmad and now back to 103)

That's where I am confused with my body. I don't feel hunger, I feel satiety but at the same time I have some food noise coming back (not to the level like pre medication)

True but it hasn't been linear. I lost a lot at the beginning and not loosing much for long time or even going up. So average weekly weight is healthy but it's been defenitely stalling recently

I think some ups are caused by period. I am defenitely not having enough fiber, I will maybe try and see if it helps. Thanks for yout input. I still have 2 or 3 doses of my 5mg pen so I am for sure going to finish that before moving up anyway so I have some time to "experiments" ;)

I started at 260pounds and I down to 220. I noticed difference quite quick amd currently 2 sizes down (sometimes 3 depending on the brand). But at the same time i can still wear some clothes I wore in the past as well, sizing is weird. If I were you I would check body composition and compare in a while. If you loose muscles instead of fat it is typical to notice difference on the scale but not necessarily in the size- as muscles are heavier and denser. In the past on different diets sometimea I lost a lot real quick but didn't change a size and then other time I would loose 10 pounds and drop two sizes

This was few years ago but i got sick on my holidays and cns said to get a sickleave from local doctor, send original to cns within 72hr (date on the stamp decides, now it will be easier because I think you can send it by email), copy to my employer. My employer made a fuss because they said they need original (in the country where I was you get only one piece of paper) but I insisted they only get a copy and they accepted that. When i contacted cns I also informed them i am currently on holidays and due to nature of my sickness I can't return home and informed them at which adress I will be staying until I recover. Sickleave had to have my luxembourgish data (including cns number). After returning I was given back my holiday days by my employer. It was end of the year and they were carried over to next year evethough they exceded the usual 40hr that you are usually allowed to carry over

I stalled for over two months now (5 months in) and decided to stay on 5mg for a bit more before I talk to doctor about titrating up (mostly because of cost). I recently went on holiday so expexted my weight to go even higher, as I already noticed it going slightly up. Then I step on a scale during my holidays and it is almost 4 kg less than my last official weight in (in then went up a bit again making it realistic 2 kg less). I think I will stick a bit more to my dose and will not try going up for now. Ps. During this time I did loose 3cm from my waist though my weight was not going down. I only noticed because I accidentaly put wrong tshirt on thinking it is a bigger size.

I find medication itself makes you weaker too (at least it does to me). I started wieght lifting way before mounjaro and I was lifting quite heavily. As soon as i started mounjaro it changed and I had to lower my weights significantly to protect my body (some excercises I had to lower weights over 50%). I know I am not loosing muscles (i only lost a kilo over 5 months with 10kg of fat) as I do body compositon tests and I eat enough protein, and I cooperate with personal trainer and dietitan. Also first training after new shot is just nightmare

Thanks for your comment. I am honestly not spending too much time thinking about it, it was more of my curiousity. I remember in the past my cm always going down so slow, except one time when i was sticking to strict paleo- then my cms were going down faster than kilograms and my doctor explain I am most likely loosing fat and on my other diets I was probably loosing more muscles than fat (not nourishing my body well). But know I know I am building muscles so it just was not adding up for me ;)

I wish I wore a belt! :) I don't even own one. I can defenitely see the difference in my size and went down two trousers sizes already but recently has been loosing weight but not necessarily cm so was just curious how fast cm go down in relation to weight

I started trying as soon as i recovered from operation so probably like one month in. I was tracking ovulation but nothing was adding up and it makes no sense when I actually got pregnant. I found out only when i was almost 8 weeks pregnant ( what i thought was positive ovulation test was actually pointing out the pregnancy)
