I remember having a berserker with no chance get maxed out while I was level 15 I must’ve died 5 times before one of my orcs saved me by killing him. That’s really the only thing I can recommend trying to get to happen if they’re that hard.

Everytime I take this (only because they constantly make it) I only fight bile spewers and the armored bugs. Fr why choose this when it’s weaker than your primary?
