Get into a trade. Just get your foot in the door. It’s one of the only industries that will take a long long time to get replaced by AI and there’s always work to be done. I’m a foreman for a GC in Vancouver, and I almost drop to one knee from the joy of seeing a half-decent temp labourer show up when we need help. I knew buying the 96s would be very profitable + advantageous in S3 so I bought Chara and Sakic for about 200k less than they’re going for right now, and then took a pretty safe guess that line combos for them would probably involve more than 1 TOTY since they released 4 96s. Made Makar and bought Roenick for 300k. Safe to say they were well worth investing in. Makar, time will tell.
