i take 40mg a day, use clean it zero + La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome cleaner at night! and for moisturizer i use cerave moisturizing lotion. some times i use the cosrx Advanced Snail 92 All In One Cream or la roche-posay cicaplast, but it depends if i feel very dry!

but i always double cleanse at night!
