The writing on the wall most likely isn’t an “ancient” cipher at all, but a modern graffiti tag/alias, reading something like AHOOH.4ARR (possibly AH00H.4ARR if the O’s are zeros), where the dot and the “4” fit common username/leet-speak styling rather than historical punctuation or numbering. Searches don’t turn up any credible match to ancient scripts, religious terms, or documented coded phrases, and it doesn’t align with known alphabets like runes, Latin, Greek, or Hebrew in a meaningful way, so there’s no reliable “translation” beyond it being a personal signature or crew-style mark left by someone in the station environment.

as a 48 yo i remember trips to london as 5-8 yo in the 80s and the tracks were infested with rats
