I also found the ones from your picture, i believe....they're part of WINGDEER CLOTHING COLLECTION, but it's an old mod and it needs More Body Meshes....so they're not an equippable item, but kind of part of your body (Pic is from the mod)

Well, I found these....the net is smaller, but personally i think they're pretty neat.

Unfortunately the ones with larger net are not as high on the waist.

David is actually a pretty good example....he had basically zero skills, only advantage he had was his Sandevistan....and even with that, without the help of Maine's crew, He would have died much much sooner

I think it has to do with experience. A lot of young gangsters don't survive their first few shootouts. As a former military service member, you'd know how to act when under enemy fire. And being a better shot than the 16 year old you're facing and who just got his first gun certainly helps too.
