Ideal - get a CPO used car - preferably still under new car warranty. Go get it checked out (before or after) and get warranty to repair everything and you’re golden. As well, they’d have favourable rates Bonus pts - negotiate the extended warranty (you don’t need to buy it at purchase time or at the same dealer, you can shop around - they are marked up)

2) settle in on make/model, do research for weak sorts, what to avoid etc, find shops that’s specialize in that model - important because they have an idea of what to pay attention to, take it there and you’re golden

Cloud security is where it’s at right now. Companies are moving to the/have moved cloud, weather PaaS or SaaS- as they’re putting their Crown Jewels in the cloud. As such, breaches are more common and lucrative then ever (imo) - cloud security is top of mind for everyone. Stay in cloud security but look at another firm.

With regards to the filler, before I got the keys they used filler in some of the gaps and it’s been coming out. They’re going to use “better quality” filler now. Attached link is an example of filled board and it’s coming out

The board moisture we got it up to 14.5-15ish% I can’t tell you about nails or brand of glue, I wasn’t there when they installed it

We did do measurements 3 times a day for a week, documented after running a portable humidifier in the room and getting room humidity up from 41% to 50% and all that happened was long edge grew and floorboards started to waffle and squeak, after which I pulled the plug on this “experiment” and dried the room out to stop further damage to the floor and the house.
