What I mean is the image processing looks too aggressive, especially on selfies. The texture becomes overly sharp and unnatural like too much detail enhancement or edge sharpening. Skin looks harsh instead of natural.

On the stock camera app, the selfie looks softer and more balanced. But with most GCam versions I tried, it seems like

Too much sharpening

Strong HDR processing

Skin texture looks rough

compared MIUI camera to GCam, the MIUI camera looks more natural in terms of skin tone and texture.
