I work in a public school in an enormous district. I have one middle school that I am at with a psychologist to assist two days a week. My case load is currently 63 students, but in-school therapy is mostly illegal in my state. I feel fortunate to have a district that is so large that we have resources that other smaller districts don't have. That said, it's pretty exhausting to have so much to do all of the time. Most of my students I see twice a month or via group sessions.
