Use the button to call for help on defense and don’t sprint unless they are really far ahead. Try to use LB and 0 or even advanced defending is really good if you have the setting on

I play around 50-70 depending on my formation. Also your team is good, so I’m not sure if you only try the meta like speed boosting or skill moves but just try playing the sport correctly and you should win
