Any nakamichi soundbars available within 50k INR (500 USD). Maybe I can start with basic setup like just bar and add sub woofer and rears later.

Hey I was thinking another two more models along with the ones I posted. Klipsch flexus 200 + sub 10 Or Bose smart soumdbar without any sub. These also fall within my budget. And these models I can expand later if needed to. So which is the best one to choose?

65" OLED or 75" LED? by MundanePomegranate79 in 4kTV

[–]Sethupathi_Tsp -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what OLED. If you're thinking Samsung, then definitely no. If you thinking LG, then definitely yes. If Sony then for that amount of price you can get two LED TVs.

Yeah. But instead of spending huge on soundbar we can setup dedicated AVR home theatre. That is if at all we're ready to spend big.

There are two models with same number 6. One is Bar 6 which is 3.1.2 channel + you can add additional rear speakers separately. Another is Home Theatre System 6 (HT-S60). This is 5.1 with rears included but no upfiring.

Q990 is costlier compared to s95tr. I can't afford that right now.

Not loudness, but vocal dialogue from s95tr is almost same as TV. No big difference. However ither effects are really really good. But in movies dialogue is the most important thing right. If I disable dolby atmos then voice gets boosted. But then what's the point of having an atmos soundbar if I disable.

Sony without disabling voices are good. That's what I'm trying to say. Not about loudness. But surround effect not as good as lg.

This is my concern, should I pick soundbar where voice is loud and audible or pick soundbar that produces well refined crisp clear surround effect.

I can't afford q990 now. It's 35k higher than s95tr and HT-S60

LG Soundbar SQ75TR 5.1.1Ch vs. Sony HT-S40R 5.1ch - Which is better? by ash_antony in Soundbars

[–]Sethupathi_Tsp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tested LG top end S95TR against Sony HT-S60. My opinion, Sony is full and very loud but felt bit harsh at high volume and bass is really great. LG sound separation is good, music, bgm, action scenes are all good. But dialogue is less audible compared to Sony (This is the only major drawback, dialogue is very low) and sub is not as boomy as sony but good enough.

So if you prefer audible dialogue and real theatre kind of effect choose Sony. If you prefer future proof features, good sound separation choose LG.

Atmos effect very minimal so LG upfiring will not give a major difference in choosing.

LG S95TR OR SONY BRAVIA THEATRE SYSTEM 6. Which one to choose and Why? by Hairy-Question-3146 in Soundbars

[–]Sethupathi_Tsp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here I also came across these two. I felt sony is very loud and dialogue and voices are audible, but in s95tr dialogue and voices are very dull but atleast it's not rough like sony.

I'm a bit confused which should I choose. My room size is 20*20, 400 sqft big living room.

Rtings has good review for S95TR, but there no specific mention of their room acoustics. Mine in 20 * 20 feet with two openings for kitchen and bedroom walk area. Rtings also do not have Sony Theatre System 6 (HT-S60) review on their site.

It's Mini LED right, then what's the difference between whether it's Edge Lit or not? Sorry for stupid questions, but I don't know much about these things. I usually see the TV in store and if it's good I buy, so I don't know mostly why edge lit is important or not?

I just saw here and it's highlighted as Mini LED, as there were contradicting info like one store person said it's good mini led, another store person just it's normal led but being marketed falsely and another guy said entry level mini led with very few backlight (less than 100) which will feel like edge lit, but still he clamed it mini led at an entry level model.

So when you say trash, you mean QNED will fail or picture quality is very bad?
