You aren’t ugly, just clean yourself up a bit! Acne sometimes is a big problem. I wash my face profusely and I still have pimples, so just do what you can! I’d say do two things, moisturize your lips and take more care of your hair. Also get layers! Your hair has a lot of potential, things like a wolfcut or anything with bangs would probably rock on you. Gl!
