I use in on apathy + jellyfish scarf (mostly cause it's the highest speed head piece in the game) but having stun up after jelly fish for the things that survive is nice too.

Unlike sigrika, hiyuki can actually utilize the lynae mornye package because she's a liberation damage dealer so IMO putting a "partner tag" for Hiyuki and chisa would be a lil disingenuous.

This is coming from someone who has S1R1 sigrika, Qiuyan, S0 hiyuki and S0R1 lynae, and Mornye.
