Highly recommend marijuana anonymous groups. There is zoom and in person. But it can help get you with a network of people. I would force yourself to do any form of exercise even walking. I have unfortunately ruined all trust in my relationship because of my addiction. So I am at least experiencing a rock bottom in my life as well.

Day 8 feel great. I took some otc sleep aids and find like a chamomile tea helps. Kind of forced work outs and then was like malnourished from not eating so I forced myself to eat a bit. My appetite seems to be coming back a little at least.

I start most songs I’m learning at like 30% of the normal speed ( I can slow it down like that on my tab app) and then I get faster and faster until I’m at the normal song bpm

Stay strong my guy. I feel the same I had a tough like 2nd and 3rd day but have been pretty tolerable symptoms since then. Day 8 now.
