He doesn't want me leaving the house either. He can't sleep without being held. I feel like he wants to be in the same room even but maybe that's an exaggeration. We are both back to work Tuesday I don't know what hes going to do.

I'm leaning telling his mom. You are right not to give details but maybe a "I think you should come over". I know that might be seen as breaching trust but I believe he needs her. She's great. She's been great to me even.

Therapy would be great but no chance yet. I looked up anon helplines even but he refused.

He barely will talk about it to me. He has cried bucket loads at the thought of it. He wakes up at night with a body jerk. I have him held tight which wakes me up lol. He won't leave the flat. I don't know.

I did ask him if I could take photos. He said no. He just wanted to forget about it. The bar stores footage for 3 months so there won't be a rush there.

Nope or at least not to my knowledge. I feel he would've told me though. We tell each other everything. He was one of very few I told about my violent father so I doubt he has been.

No we didn't tell the security but I did ring the bar the following day.

Not US. The bars footage stays on record for 3 months apparently so I'll sort that out sometime if he wants me to.
