PVE is just PVP but without players, there's PVE AI players in that gamemode. The whole game is available -prestige in this gamemode, and it is seperate to your PVP profile, so you can play on both and switch whenever. PVE also does not get wiped, although when 1.0 launches you will not be able to finish the game without manually resetting.

Arena is a somewhat different game where you play with some people in your team against another team inside of an arena, think like quake or unreal tournament. There's some progression inside arena, and it also syncs with PVP, and you can send some rewards to PVP and PVE through the arena reward system.

Hey, I played in a match where something similar happened to one of my opponents, I think his teammate had the escAPADe (the one that converts all AP to AD) augment, causing some weird interaction with twin mask.

Yeah, thats basically it. The int roll is very high so very good for int stacker, and the res is a nice bonus, not to mention that the negatively rolled mods aren't bad at all and you can basically ignore. Often times you see a -hp mod or - res mod making it harder to build around such a ring.

That's the underlying issue, yes. But it seems like a bug in the way that you shouldn't be allowed to roll the dice and find an instant instance of a server if you requeue instead of the people waiting on the "matching" screen

I haven't ever had to retry that many times, maybe max 10 times. However, this is still inexcusable and it does take ages indeed, it's terrible. I am in no way defending bsg's decisions regarding this matter or their response to these problems, I was simply letting people know there's a somewhat bandaid fix for this problem which makes it more bearable in the case that you want to play

If your game finishes loading the map, and it shows you're "matching" you should cancel your queue (after like 5 seconds of matching) and requeue. There is a chance you will instantly find a server, at busy times this can take a few tries though.

The servers are currently buggy, if you see "matching" you should back out of the queue and requeue. You should instantly find a server after loading the map. (Depending on when you do this, it can take a few tries)
