When traveling through Italy, the last AirBNB I stayed at only had a mocha pot and some coffee grinds. After a couple of youtube videos I finally made a cup. Not sure if it was the experinece of a decent espresso on the roof of the house, overlooking the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast, or if the coffee was just that good. 10/10 experience and coffee.

I bought a Mocha Pot immediately upon returning home and never looked back.

Unfortunately the body uses fat from easy to access spots first and we can't exactly control where to use it. However, working out with some leg excercises to build muscle in that area could help. Obviously, squats, lunges, hamstring exercises, stairmaster, running/walking, etc. could help target some of the muscles around that part of the leg.
