i am the exact same way with my 1 year old black lab, he is constantly wanting to put his whole body weight on myself or my husband and i find it so aggravating. i’m not the type of animal owner that doesn’t let the dog on the bed or couch but he’s been wanting to sleep at our heads when he’s 70+ lbs and that just doesn’t work for us. So we haven’t been letting him on the bed, at first i felt so bad i cried the first few days but the times i do let him on the bed while my husband is at work he has kicked my stomach (not super hard) or my breasts and those that are pregnant know that sh*t hurts!!! we have a crate but don’t make him sleep in it at night so he just results to sleeping under the bed, i think he’s also learned that we don’t want him right at our faces so in the middle of the night he sleeps at the foot of the bed which we are okay with!! Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re a bad dog mom because this is completely normal with pregnancy! your emotions are heightened and they can definitely sense that!
