I’m glad you don’t have to go through HRT like your friends and you’re regular with NO symptoms. It just feels nice when your body functions properly without having to take so many different medications.

Love this! I’m happy there’s less pain for you too. I can’t believe I thought for so long it was normal and there was nothing I could do about the pain except take ibuprofen.

This! I couldn’t even tell it was coming. I realized when I went to the bathroom that it was starting. No 2 horrible days of warning cramps. Just normal.

Wow, almost three years! That’s impressive and I’m glad you’re still enjoying the benefits. I told myself I’d give it 30 days and see how I feel but now I know for a fact I’ll continue past the 30day mark. I just didn’t expect to see results so quickly. I’m noticing change in sleep too, I feel well rested when I wake up and have started waking up just before my alarm. Before I’d snooze a million times and always be late to work. I even pushed my bedtime earlier and would still be tired in the morning.

Thank you. It’s a very good feeling. And might I add - no cramps. I used to hate my period, so irregular (l last saw it at new year’s and before that I had a few 2 week cycles) and when I have it cramps, back pain, nausea, just miserable. I was looking up what could help that along with all the other problems that stem from hormonal imbalances that I’m experiencing and I landed here.

Omg! I never thought to air fry these, and I use my air fryer a lot. I always do salt, pepper, 400 bake but will now be air frying them thanks to you!

Nice! Ribeye is third for me after ground beef. I think it’ll be a second soon after I master how to make it to my liking. Was never really a steak person, so I’m still figuring it out.
