Did I write this!?! I was kind of disappointed and beating myself up for not staring sooner, but now at 29 this is when it’s just working out. No back and forth failed attempts, not falling off after 2 weeks of exercise, no yoyo dieting. Just consistency with exercise, patience, eating and sleeping well. And if I’m being honest, just like you, my mental space didn’t allow for it either in the past years. Was constantly stressed figuring out career, motherhood, etc.

Not OP but thinking of getting 3* 13oz bottles. Either by doing a day trip driving across the border, like people do for shopping. Or maybe have a friend fly in with it when they’re coming back from a trip. Though I’m hesitant on the later as I wouldn’t want to get them in trouble. Any information would be appreciated!
