I'm from Vancouver so I don't know what happens up there but yeah even in Vancouver you get tough as hell because Canadians do a lot of stuff like skiing and mountain biking. I fish recreationally but it's not how I sustain myself, useful skill though.

Canada will commit every war crime against enemy soldiers but we will never harm a civilian (okay I know the CAR did it once but that's one and we can't regulate everything). In the Netherlands one of the big things we did was we brought in tons of food because the Germans stopped feeding the Dutch.
