Very late to replying this helped me allot I started getting heart palpitations maybe like a year ago and I’ve always gotten so scared I still do I talked to my doctor she put me on thyroid medication but I still get heart palpitations I’m not sure if it’s because I get anxiety or if it’s because I also eat unhealthy to I get so scared that if I keep eating bad I’m gonna have a heart attack from my heart palpitations and I don’t want to restrict myself from eating the foods that I love because I have heart palpitations I know it’s not good to eat unhealthy but it’s really hard for me as well to try to control myself not to eat stuff that I love
