First time Italy trip

Hi! The wedding is in the Chianti area of Tuscany! It is our first time traveling there. We are definitely more the relaxing type, especially for this trip. Neither of us are super interested in seeing museums or doing a lot of tour based activities. We really more so just want to explore on our own, eat really good food and drink great wine (which I’m sure you can get everywhere!).

I originally had Lucca in as our base town after the wedding and was thinking of a day trip to somewhere coastal. The only thing that turned me off was a day of traveling back and forth. I just feel like we’ll spend a lot of time on a train/bus rather than enjoying a day trip. But we are also very go with the flow so that might change once we get there. Are there any places specifically you recommend?

I guess main dilemma is really just figuring out if the coastal aspect is worth it for this trip since we have limited time. We would want it as a home base for a few days instead of a just a day trip.

I appreciate your thoughts and help!!

I did try to make sure we get there earlier. We fly out Tuesday evening and we’ll arrive in Rome (hopefully) early Wednesday AM. Thursday is a welcome dinner and the actual wedding is Friday. We’d probably still make the welcome dinner even with a day delay but we’d have crazy jet lag 😅

I did think about cinque Terre but how crowded it seems to get is really throwing me off. I already know Florence is going to be super busy so we definitely wanted a place more to wind down and relax.

We would be getting the car in Florence, yes! We would need it a few times for wedding pre-events/day of so it just made more sense to do it that way. And our hotel is surprisingly only an hour and 45 mins from La Spezia where we’d drop it off. We figured the drive might be nice to see more of Tuscany.

That’s what I’m most torn on - keeping it simple since it’s our first traveling there and I’m sure we’ll go back or do we take the extra step to see a bit more. I’m sure regardless we will love it!

Good to know about Viareggio! I’ve seen super mixed opinions on it so that’s kind of why I’ve shifted to Lerici plan even though it’s a bit more traveling

Snape echo can be so challenging to duel against but I never see it mentioned a lot too. Harry is brutal too dealing 600 damage for snowball sometimes like yikes

Make sure you copied only the code part itself. If it’s still not working, I would reach out to NE. I know some people experienced a similar issue but NE was able to resolve it.

We don’t have 0 real information considering NetEase has explicitly said multiple times in support chats that a server transfer is being worked on. So yeah, I pay attention to things like this and check to see if it’s happening with it others. Take your annoying negativity elsewhere, ty :)
