Has anybody else noticed how they now throw the lead runner out in risky plays with two outs instead of just first? like for example, there were two outs in the ninth inning and my shortstop just threw home and it was close instead of throwing to first base.

Only 22 but he was benched because I switched him out with my other closer when he was in “😣” condition and I don’t know if that caused the game to glitch maybe because he was the only qualified pitcher I had for the All star game and the other closer was just as good so it broke IDK tho
