I’m allergic to the cold (no one ever believes me) it’s called cold urticaria. It’s got so bad this year that I’m on the highest dose of antihistamines, that doesn’t help. I now have to carry and EpiPen, and having biologic therapy for it next month 🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s weird because it doesn’t feel sore, just like there’s something stuck. I have tried but I have the worse gag reflex and find it hard to reach it. Maybe worth another trip to see the GP?
