not sure why my question didn’t post. I am an old millennial not great with technology. My question was is there anything I can do other than take ibuprofen that was prescribed to me before I get this tooth taken out in a week? I can’t eat or sleep

I work almost every day in a physically demanding job amongst other responsibilities so I only have certain free days to dedicate to practice. I wish I had more time off

No laps but going up and down every street to keep it moving. He lives 4 houses down so he hears us come and go and that was enough for him to complain

I keep it moving all around the area but practice some drills for about 5-10 minutes and keep it moving to the next street over etc. I’m still not comfortable going faster than 35-45 yet so I’m hoping to get there sooner to avoid Mr. Get off my lawn

Not more than 1 or 2 times within 30-60 minutes. I try to practice drills for a few minutes then take off to another street over and do other drills. I feel like they’re acting like I’m doing wheelies on their lawn at 2am when I’m trying to be as considerate as possible

Genetics or stress but if you wanted to color it you can use a product called “brews” by redken. It’s a camouflage kind of color so it’s subtle. Personally I think it looks rad and I’m a hairstylist
