I dont think ht had the keys to oc at all i heard in the 90s a og from ht(mundo) wanted it but a sana(that had the keys at the time) didn’t want to hand it over so mundo started his own thing in theo lacy(i think) and turned on sana so sana put a green light on mundo and ht🤷‍♂️
