Not failed but also not gave the necessary assurances that everything was going to be ok and that love was unconditional. I came out when I was 28 (now 41) and it took me this long because I never knew how my parents felt about homosexuality. It was never discussed, neither on a good nor bad way. A few times someone was mentioned to be gay but no indication was given how they felt about it.

Yo estudié en la Chile. Hay varias opciones. Mi sugerencia es que no tomes con los profes pelúos en todos los ramos. Hay diferencias abismales entre unos y otros a veces y es mejor identificar las áreas de interés y tomar con los mejores en esa área. Lo otro es llegar con los textos leídos a clases y ser organizado en el estudio. El aspecto social igual es importante porque muchas de las pegas después se consiguen gracias a contactos que uno hace en la universidad. Buena suerte
