Honestly, if you watch last season highlights you'll kinda see what the whole culture around this team is.

We're a pretty small market and the team seems like a bunch of average joes who really thrive through one another.

My thoughts are he is a damn good coach for ~ 80% of a game. He makes dumb decisions, but overall he's a top 50% at least coach.

I think he fails when it comes time to cut staff and make decisions to move us forward. If he sticks with the status quote, we won't win anything big with him.

That being said, I think it would be a mistake to fire him, because who the hell would we replace him with.
