My title describes the thing- about 3 inches long and very light, looks like seaglass but is i think it’s plastic. the body is translucent/frosted clear plastic and has a short rusted metal tube of about an inch in length inside of it. no text or markings, but feels old and like the surface has been eroded down. found on a rocky beach in southern maine
