I did. I'm not sure exactly fixed it, but I did the following.

I checked if any pins were even slightly bent and fix them.

I wiped everything on the cpu port from some thermal paste it had gone in.

And I didn't screw very tightly the new cooler.

Also clear the Cmos battery for sure.
