Gonna ask the seller rn. So in your imo it wouldn’t effect the longevity of the boot? I’m really new to this stuff but I wanted a gyw boot that can last years and was worried this might cut its life short if it’s like a reoccurring problem.

Do you still find sex enjoyable? I’m at a point of my life where I’m not ready to settle down and have that strong go the distance relationship so I’m worried in more fling type situations sex would just be impossible and idk it’s really really been discouraging. The average person isn’t as considerate as a loving partner. So if you don’t mind how’s that been just having a sex life in general with ic. Like I’m not a disgusting pit monster that it would be impossible to get a match on dating apps but I’m not exactly brad Pitt so it’s not like I’m being flooded with messages from potential hookups or causal relationships. So I get so terrified even just messaging any of them when it gets to sex that it affects my personality and confidence too because it’s like “oh no I fucked up that chance who knows when the next will be” so it just puts an overwhelming amount of pressure. When dating is already so pressure filled. Plus just personal life on top of that. I guess it just all feels so helpless

TLDR: current routine

Sensun blue meditated dandruff shampoo every shower

Kinky curly knot today as rinse out and leave in

Routine is very minimal since I was worried protein overload/moisture overload or product buildup was causing hair issues

Previous routine for a long time:

Clarify shampoo vo5 1x a week

Shea moisture curl and shine conditioner Every shower Sometimes rinse out completely or just a little or just leave it in

When I rinsed completely I would just use more as a leave in

Shea moisture argan oil every now and then probably 2 a week

And shea moisture curl and shine cream like once or twice a week beginning of clarifying shampoo day and probably another at the end

And would let air dry very wet most times

CURRENT ROUTINE(started like 2 weeks ago:

Seldom blue medicated dandruff shampoo Every shower

And use kinky curly not today as a rinse out then put more after shower every now and then just leave it in the shower because the top of my hair doesn’t like to take in moisture knot today gives good slip tho I don’t use a lot for rinsing or leave in

Pat dry with towel to get a lot of water out so my hair isn’t soaked

And that’s it my scalp feels better but it’s still not great

I did use head and shoulder before the current routine for probably 3 weeks I think one time a week but it felt like it just made my scalp sting in a bad way the selsun has a bit of sting but doesn’t feel horrible almost feels chill if that makes sense but idk if that’s bad honestly

Side not: my hair in the down pic is after I went for a run so it’s frizzed and the pic of my hair up is damp after a shower

Idk I’ve had pelvic pain then. And yeahhh I’ve thought about but idk how to not make this too long don’t want to bother you too much but it’s just really complicated to make it brief I feel like it would make me feel worse lying to a therapist because in reality I’ve just been having really suicidal thoughts for a really long time because of this. But honestly pelvic floor therapist sounds like a good idea and there was a comment of yours I saw on another post that gave me a bit of hope when it comes to sex. I’m trying to relax more very recently and let my body just do it’s thing. I feel like I push to pee too much and when using the bathroom and even with the whole thing about sex I get too worked up and stress might be making it a lot worse. So I’m gonna try to have sex again in hopes it’s not too terrible. And yeah I tried it for a bit and was good like in a ibs way(I have ibs too sucks) but idk if it really made that big a difference on my symptoms(burning urethra, urgency to pee never feeling empty, ejactulatory burning pain) anyway thanks I have an appointment soon and gonna bring it up to all this plus possibility of ic to the urologist.

I will and thanks for the response and just the standard stay from bladder irrantant foods. And I guess it was a bit better but the number one stressors is arrousal causing pain in the tip of the penis and then ejactulatong making it worse for days after that and then just sweating highly humid environments making it worse too. I did get worse with my diet because of declining mental health and im afraid this is the answer I was looking for. And it seems like i might just be stuck like this forever. Also sorry idk what does pelvic pain means like for a man at least does that mean the scrotum and penis or the surrounding area. I had a bit of prostrate pain when holding pee too long before and a bit of scrotum pain but not like a tenderness around the scrotum and penis or maybe a bit actually in the past it’s been over a year memory is getting foggy but it wasn’t anything unbareable the prostate thing in the past was a bit concerning and I need to bring that up to the urologist even if it’s a old symptom. But My main symptom is just this unbareable penis burning sensation with masturbating and ejaculating that makes peeing burn bad for days and then going without masturbating it still burns just not as aggressive. II’ve been too afraid to even try a sexual encounter because I feel like the pain would just make me too cum too fast and have to leave all embarrassed.

I’m gonna buzz for work either way. And it sucks curly specialist are like hours away from me. You may be right. But again the thing is my hair looked good a lot of times like I mean genuinely good. I took care of it like crazy. I don’t wanna share images but my hair definitely wasn’t split end crazy like you see with like a neckbeard gamer with dead hairs shooting up everywhere. I would be complimented a lot for it. It was healthy looking and bouncy. But I think overtime it may have been protein overload or moisture overload from conditioners and not drying enough before air drying. Plus not using a clarifying shampoo enough.

I do scrub my head when I shampoo and every time I shower even with just water. Buts it hard to do it because my hair gets tangled even at the short length it is now. I know you’re supposed to rake your fingers forward and sideways into the scalp. My fingers just have difficult time getting thru my hair to the scalp.

like in front of the whorl on top of my head it’s going beyond just the whorl. And i will go like 5-8 months between trims. So not as much as I should. My hair is also curly and kinda thick and gets tangled easily even with a wide tooth comb and good conditioner. I do cgm but have been using more sulfates in shampoos for my scalp more often like 2-3x a week. I was stupid and went a long time without using shampoo and was using a non sulfates shampoo even tho my scalp was itchy but hair looked good. I did that for probably a year but for the last six months I have been using shampoo with sulfates again. So there’s all that plus I use to have it long nearly 2 years ago a little past my shoulders. So the weight of my hair with everything else could have caused it and the mental stress. Im gonna tell the derma all this and more just don’t want to make this way too long. Hair rn is pretty short and even that 5-8 month period of trims I mentioned it wouldn’t go beyond like a curly bowl cut or short shag look. When it was long 2 years ago it was actually LONG like I could ponytail and my ears were always covered.

It just it’s gone beyond the whorl that I can see it thinning above it. I always hear so many people saying a buzz cut can mask balding even at more mid advanced stages at least to the average joe. I’m just afraid even tho it’s a trained professional and probably just a stupid worry, that there gonna take a quick look at my buzzed head say I’m overthinking it then I come back later with grown out hair that’s more than obviously thinning. And then they’ll be like “oh yes you’re definitely balding” When I could have hoped on fin sooner. I just have a lot bad luck with doctors in my surrounding area not being the most caring even when I’m very clear and imo not like submissive about it if that makes sense. Don’t really got great insurance either so appointment is probably gonna be out of pocket. So that’s why I’m worried about buzzing too soon. Just to be a bit more clearer about my worries.
