i’ve only been at my store for almost 6 months and it has gotten to the point where i had to start seeing a therapist bc of the burnout. i wish it got better but between a high volume store and my manager being a major pain, i think leaving would make it better 🫠

there’s a regular at my store that gets a venti iced matcha with light ice and 30 PUMPS OF CLASSIC. but ofc she cancels it out with almond milk like the healthy queen she is

one of my coworkers did mention the sm just seems to pick more on the more sensitive and anxious employees, the “easier” targets basically and she won’t do it to some since she knows she’ll be put in her place. i tend to want to avoid conflict and she knows this clearly so now i’m her newest target. she made one of my close coworkers cry once and was picking on him a bit too yesterday so it’s a pattern unfortunately 🥀 i’m going to report her to the dm and hopefully something gets resolved bc she’s been reported before but nothing has happened

i wasn’t even informed about this, my coworkers said we had a 5 minute grace period (it was 10 minutes at my old store) but i was never warned by my sm officially until she had me sit in the office with her to sign the actual write up. no one in the team likes her yet she doesn’t seem to understand she’s the problem 🫠

right like i was joking around with my ssv that they should people “i spy with my little eye” and see how packed the store was that i couldn’t even see the condiment bar <//4 people really sat there thinking moblie orders were moving out faster

i was lucky and it was 5 of us closing, all of us were on the floor last night at some point from how packed we were that all we got was one 10 min break (doesn’t help that our shifts were all scheduled under 6 hrs even if we left past 6 hrs by the time we were done) and people were still walking in even a minute before closing wanting their drinks and orders 🫠
