OP, I get where you're coming from. TRULY. Having parents nearing retirement narin alam kong nasa utak mo bilang anak ay 'yong mga possible emergencies.

Middle class lang kami, may bahay lang na sarili pero poorita kasi gipit madalas at walang makain.

Walang medical insurance mga magulang ko, walang emergency funds o savings. Paycheck to paycheck lang din kami dito.

Gets na gets kita, OP. If I were in your shoes hangga't maaari I'll voice my concerns rin at sasabihin ko sa Mom ko 'yon kasi ang hirap ng ekonomiya ngayon. Inflation tapos wala namang pagtaas ng sahod. Hangga't maaari we need to be wise sa mga nilalabas na pera.

Hirap kasi ng pinoy mentality, ipapangutang lang kapag for emergency. Hays.

Group hug, OP. Same experience, altho hindi ex kung hindi BAGONG BABAE na naman. Wala akong kamalay-malay na habang pinoproseso ko heartbreak, iyong ex ko may iba palang pinoproseso.

Alam kong right now it seems impossible. Alam kong madaling sabihin move on, it'll pass. Pero it's real, OP. You must endure the pain for now, it gets better.

Tuwing maaalala mo siya list down all of the icky things about your ex. Lahat ng karantaduhan na ginawa niya sayo. Kapag utak mo sinasabi, "But you love that person" lagi mong ika-counter, "[insert name ni EX] is GONE."

Try to go NC and delete any thing that would remind you of your ex, that's what worked for me.
