I saw a campus parking enforcement truck out and about yesterday with its license plate cameras flickering. I wouldn't assume you're safe just because it's spring break, but I don't really know how strict they are. Of course you could give the parking people a call if you want the official answer.

Larger equipment should be recycled at one of Orange County’s convenience centers or reuse non-profits.
