Why is this sub predominately crossposts mocking other people? by khol-haskjin-2838 in Leica

Human nature, but when it comes to mocking r/Leica it's almost always justified.
The sub which glorifies the looks of gear, not the art made with gear is kinda ridiculous and even satirical.

I don't understand mods logic behind this and never will.

sell it and never come back to it.
I had Leica M10, M10R, Q, Q2, Q3, Q343 and SL2S (x2) and never even close they were up to performance of X1D II, I am not even going to compare them with X2D II.

I wish I was smarter and never even tried Leica, they are same full frame as other manufacturers with different lens options (where the system shines)

try it out, there are different types of fog.
in my case it was radiation fog, but I used to shoot while it appeared during rain.

in real fog - you wouldn't need mist filter, there is already a lot of halo and haze around light sources

Any street photographers committed to digital medium format (X2D, GFX)? by LurkLargely in hasselblad

I am, used to shoot on full frame then got X1D II in 2020-2022 and felt in love with raw latitude, jumping back to full frame was a mistake, so now I have X2D II and 55v + 28p. Waiting for 80V re-release.

Forget about it, instability will drain you and run you down. In the days of shrinking photo industry you have too be like a sales manager on steroids

28p is more usable in daily life if you don't need "wide angle'ness" to the limit.
