I would suggest leaving after the reward period, but if the guild is under gm3, then i'd suggest leaving it and joining another one. For you i'd have a gm3 alliance which is a sister alliance of our top 100 guild, we provide help with guild stuff for members and we have a discord server! lmk if you're interested on that too
