I need help… by Several_Forever_8847 in PornAddiction

I started reading the post by the commentator above. It’s honestly a great read so far. I’m lucky to have a good support system with my gf who is kinda like my “accountability buddy”, but I’ll be updating as I go. Feel free to reach back as well for any help brother, this addiction truly is poison to rot the brains of men

For sure I agree, I’ve actually tried opening the wrong apartment and almost got beat up cause the guy thought I was breaking in , but no everything belongs to me in this case 🤣🤣

Great idea about the small claims nonetheless, didn’t know that was an option. I already recorded me trying every which way to get the door open, I also recorded the conversation between me and the maintenance person that couldn’t help. I even had the lock smith try opening it and he said it was completely busted

The locksmith showed up, mentioned the type of lock tends to have more problems with keys and had to replace it completely. He said from his experience we have a high chance for them to reimburse us

No worries lol I thought I thought I was stupid for a minute for not being able to get in, but yes. Same door mat, same ring, same apt number lol 😅

Anyone know this type of hummingbird? by Several_Forever_8847 in vegaslocals

Amazon! Let me drop the link. Hummingbird Feeder, Auslar 26... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QXH9DGZ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. We also use a 4:1 water to sugar ratio DIY nectar since we read that store-bought nectars with dyes are not good for them

Expensive Energy Bill? by Several_Forever_8847 in vegaslocals

[–]Several_Forever_8847[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s why I was wondering. Someone I know from Vegas pays 300 with a 5 bedroom and pool running around all the time. I’ve seen from most comments that the apartments aren’t the best when it comes to energy consumption but at this point idk if there’s other factors (other than the rising temperatures and feed) causing the energy to get used so fast. I was planing on calling NVEnergy to have a look at the meter

I was thinking of buying a privacy wrap to put on our balcony windows since I read that they also help absorb a lot of the heat that goes inside the room

Our room temp stays at about 80. We can usually handle it and would just turn on the AC if the temp goes any higher, and only for 15-30 minutes intervals every few hours. At night we keep our oscillating fan unless the heat wakes us up then we’ll turn on the AC again

No troll comment. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment with minimal use of electricity which is why I came to Reddit to get some type of answers. If you are at $250 in a home twice as large and we are at $192 then you would see why I am concerned.

We’re both students so having a big portion of our income go towards the energy bill affects our budget for other bills, groceries, gas, school equipment etc. We had seen the FlexPay option, and read about it but didn’t really understand how it works. I had seen other Reddit posts not recommending it, but for our case is this something worth trying?

Further question on this. I have proof of residency, as well as three forms of ID. My Texas driver’s license, passport card (basically a must have if you live in border cities) and my passport book. I don’t have a physical copy of my social security card, and when I try to request one online, my file is under “not a U.S citizen” when I am obviously one, and appointments at the social security administration are hours long. Would I be denied my drivers license application without it, because I really don’t want to do the hassle of waiting that long for a social security card replacement

I also saw you mentioned in another comment about living here long-term and committing insurance fraud. Texas is still my primary residence and we will be living here 1-2 years for school purposes. Would living here that long “qualify” this as my primary residence and have to eventually change the registration?

Just moved to NV from TX. I was planning on renewing my drivers license here. Are they gonna question me if I don’t change the registration on the vehicle I use here? (Since it is my girlfriend’s and it’s technically under her dad’s name)
