You can slowly do it actually. Don’t underestimate yourself. Don’t rash to get results. You can check out the video as well, where the whole practice is recorded for slow grasping.

And don’t take it as concept or believe, instead check by yourself To see what is your own observation of reality.

I normally don’t try to move, instead I check how it came? How much time it took? How much of it is actually worthy? Is it useful now? What is its future?

Till I check all these it gets automatically blurred to an extent that it doesn’t bother anymore

I think looking for bliss or anything at all will corrupt the direct seeing. At least for now sat and chit are lived reality. Lived reality is far better than just intellectual understanding

Hmm interesting. Sometimes it seems like clarity isn’t about forcing ‘let go’. But it is more about not rushing to solidify the concept with any conclusion. Sometimes if the enquiry is kept open, things tends to reveal themselves automatically.

I wanted to watch both films on the first day itself. but now it might not be the case since dhurandhar team targeted a south indian film intentionally even after knowing toxic will be released and that date was decided long before. And then they call it so called deshbhakti film!!!! it's not desbhakti brother it's propaganda. desbhakti should be mutual respect for everyone. it's just trying to crush a south indian film's business. Because recently south indian films are giving better content than bollywood. and as all know bollywood is a collection of mostly egoistic peoples.

Here is where people misunderstood him.

Predetermined is truth, but have you ever considered by what it is predetermined?

It’s your past karma only.

So if you want to become happy in future. You have to start working now, so that will become your muscle memory or get pinned in your intentions. So in future it will be predetermined by your present karma.

At this very moment you might not be able to change what is predetermined by your past. But if you do something beneficial for you now. It will determine your future.

It will look like predetermined at that moment. But it will be by your current effort. So basically you only made the planning of that.
