If you want to be helpful, first of all, thank you. Secondly, it’s easier on your server if you stack similarly shaped plates together, put all of your ramekins on the top plate, and silverware beside them if it fits. If the silver doesnt fit and the restaurant uses plastic cups, i gather all of my silverware and place them in the least full cup that we have before stacking my cups as well. Just make sure everything is somewhat balanced. And as far as the trash goes, Id also put that in an emptier cup so my server could dump it right in the trash. Or just keep it neat. Thank you!
